Domino's Pizza Craigieburn — Restaurant in Melbourne

I was furious after my latest experience and thought of writing the review so that it helps improve their services but when I looked the reviews here, I realised they don't care and hence we are getting such bad service...I desperately hope another dominos opens up in the area soon so that these guys start taking feedbacks seriously....Last time I ordered, the pineapple and feta cheese were completely missing from 2 of my 3 pizzas...So I checked this time before bringing them back home and same thing...Very poorly made pizzas with as less toppings they can do with and feta and pineapple again missing from 2 of my 3 pizzas...They wanted to spread and give it to me rather than making another pizza and they didn't like it when I asked to make it fresh which would not be a question at any other store...They made me wait another 30 mins for the pizza and didn't feel apologetic at all...When I said that they need to up their game...The guys tells me, That's all we can do with an attitude...It seems 'THEY DON'T CARE'...Their dom checker is never working as they make very bad pizzas but benefitting by being only Dominos in the area...I doubt my review will make any difference as there are tons of bad reviews...

I ordered an XL BBQ chicken pizza and asked for a thin base. The girl at the cash register didn't mention to me that XL pizzas don't come in a thin base only standard base. So when I went to pick up my order, i saw my order and realised that the base was standard and not what i had asked for. As i asked the girl why this mistake was made, the store manager jumped into the conversation explaining that XL pizza doesn't come in a thin base. I then advised him that he should train his employees to advise customers about this as I didn't know or wasn't aware of this information. Instead of him apologizing, he gave me a lecture with a rude attitude that everyone makes mistakes instead of apologizing then ignores me and walks off. Very unprofessional customer service with minor experienced staff being put at the front representing the store is the last thing management should do. I would rather travel further to get a pizza than visit this store again! Don't even...

Worst Dominos ever...

I ordered online 3 pizas and 3 side deal. Great Southern chicken.... No chicken at all.

Diavola Just a 1 olive per piece, and 3 or 4 pepperoni for whole pizza, Chili flakes that we didn't order.

All the pizzas covered with cheese. That not supposed to be like that. Anyway I didn't check them when pick up, it's my bad. Only reason I'm writing this review is, as soon as I go there the lady ask me to give a five star feedback and I said I'll do later, she said its take only 2 seconds and she can do it for me... So I let her to do it on my phone. I thought this is a new management and they need new reviews. But when I go home and my 4 year old girl was throwing her favourite meal all over the place. My wife realised all the pizzas got Chili fakes under the cheese. We believe they put Chili fakes accidentally and covered with cheese. Worst...
