Domino's Pizza Hawthorn — Restaurant in Melbourne

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Outstanding Experience!

We recently ordered 30+ pizzas and a variety of sides from Domino’s for my 3-year-old son’s birthday party, and I have to say — they truly went above and beyond! I had spoken to the team a week in advance to plan everything, and they were so professional, friendly, and accommodating from the very beginning.

On the big day, the entire order arrived right on time, fresh, hot, and perfectly packed. The taste was absolutely superb — every single guest, from the kids to the adults, couldn’t stop raving about how delicious everything was! The pizzas were loaded with flavor, the crusts were perfect, and the sides were a huge hit too.

What impressed me most was the amazing customer service. The staff was incredibly polite, patient, and genuinely cared about getting every detail right. They made sure our large order was handled smoothly and stress-free, which really helped make our celebration special.

Even, a single is not worth for Domino's Hawthorn. Have, heard some bad reviews from some of my friends as well. I placed an order on 18/12/2017 10:35 via uber eats. Estimated time of arrival was 11:50 pm. Never got my order, spoke to Niel he's just faking that my order got delivered 11:25 pm, also he told that he spoke to the customer and have proof etc. I never saw any Domino's delivery driver come into my apartment or across Illawarra road, Hawthorn after 11 pm. Coz, I was outside my apartment from 11:00 pm with my phone waiting to collect the order. I have proof, we have CCTV in my apartment at the entrance facing both sides of the road. Seems, they were busy in closing the store after 10:30 pm. Whom, to complaint. Last night I ordered a pizza from the store, while eating I found that there was a hair inside the pizza which was almost the length of my palm, everyone is taking soo many precautions at the time because of Covid and here the kitchen staff is working without their cooking caps on. Today afternoon I called the store to talk to the manager and inform about the issue, some guy picked up the call and said manager is not around as he starts later in the evening and I am the supervisor, you can tell me the issue. After hearing the issue, when I again asked for the manager he handed over the call to some girl to whom when I asked that you were away according to the guy I had a talk with, she responded I am not the manager.
