I am just writing in regards to my recent phone call at dominos to place order I was told that there was note on my record stating that do not serve this customer as we are unable to satisfy the customer. I even explained that I actually complained when there was problem with the order at times the pizza was cooked properly all the items were scattered and there was no peri peri sauce and after these instances I have still ordered and the pizza was fine so I never complained now I called up and the manager said we can’t serve you please try another store but as this store is in my area order goes there and this is very disappointing as the manager said that generally that doesn’t happen to customers. Then I have a question that why giving a honest opinion I have been marked like this. This is being so discriminating when customer doesn’t complaints it’s fine and when customer complaints are makes as not to be served.
As a customer I have full right to know why this has happened. I want this to be relived straight away and a follow up on this
My order was cancelled by the store manager and my money is also not been transferred and when I told him I have a child to be fed and my money is been taken he hung up the call and said we won’t serve you. The manager was so insensitive and said that I can go wherever I want to complaint and nothing will happen. Even when I said my money is been blocked and I have child to be fed he hung up on my me and didn’t picked the call.
Also when I told the manager on 17/11/2020 refused to give me his name and is spoiling the image of Dominos asked me order from another store and when I told him I tried and the order goes to their store as their store is closet . I told him my $42 has not been returned and is been blocked as the order was placed online he boldly said I have cancelled your order and I can go wherever I like to complaint. I told him to send the pizza my child was eagerly waiting he said we are busy and hung up. Such a in human man he was should not be in this role of customer service. I am happy to order from I told him to transfer my order he said he won’t do that. Absolutely disgrace. Although they have been serving my orders even after my complaint when they spoiled my pizza.
So we don’t have right to complaint when these guys serve us just a messy pizza everything scattered and no peri peri sauce when you ask for peri peri chicken pizza. Don’t complaint their policy is just eat what we serve you.

Read moreWell order at 545 PM and had to visit store even though it was delivery. So as per app it says delivered at 629PM but I was at the store by 645PM wondering where is my order. Long story short delivery man called me at 646PM lol stating he couldn't find my address. I was like sir your app saying you delivered it like 17 mins ago lol. So back in store explained same thing to the store manager and he was like you can have new pizza or refund. No apology no empathy whatsoever. And yes one more thing don't call them, no one will answer, just incase you wondering why didn't try calling first. There was no number of delivery boy on the order, in fact hia gps signal wasn't working either. Store manager was like we don't control online order management and that ia dominos. He had no idea about the app whatsoever tbh IMO.
So after explaining store manager my frustration, I agreed on refund and he didn't give any receipt for it either. Upon requesting one be bluntly 'You didn't pay us, online order goes to dominos not to us, had you ordered via eftpos then I could have processed refund to same card' . Read moreI called this morning to get some information about the dominoes box. I asked if i chose a side and a dessert that wasnt advertised on the website will it still be the same price at $10. The service assistant on the phone said yes.They also said that it will be a little bit more expensive if we upgrade the sides or the pizza. I confirmed with the service assistant that i could choose any side or dessert that was listed on the website, where he said yes.
Once we had decided on what we wanted, I went to call the store a few times but I wasnt getting any response from anyone. We went to the store to order where we were then told that we couldnt get a large pizza for this deal and we could only choose a side or dessert from the selection. We ended up ordering a large pizza with 2 sides along with 3 of the my dominoes deals. Found out all of it in total cost us $69. I then discovered that certain pizzas and sides all cost different depending on what you chose.
This information was never advertised on the website and we are very disappointed with everything that has happened.
