I've eaten from this Domino's a handful of times, and have never really had a memorable experience. Pizza's are ordinary, price is average and staff are unenthusiastic. Last night however was the icing on the cake; or grease on the pizza, if you will.
I stood at the counter for close to a minute to be served whilst a man yelled from the back for someone to come and serve me. I eventually ordered - which was just as difficult because the man serving me was distracted by a number of things - such as a phone call in which he asked that they hold as he proceeded to simply hang up on them - so another staff member picked up and repeated "hello" down the line for close to 20 seconds. I'm not joking it was like a 3 Stooges episode ANYWAY...
When my order was ready it was another minute or so wait at the counter to be served, as Larry and Curly practiced their routine. I eventually got served and took my pizza home, where I discovered that it was cut into terribly mismatched sizes and frankly not even cut all the way though. I then found that one slice was bombarded with anchovies. Just one slice!! On an 8 Meats pizza which doesn't even have anchovies. I tell you it was a rude awakening for my taste buds who freaked out over this sudden salt intake. If this wasn't bad enough, the chicken meatballs were dried up to nothing and I'm pretty sure you couldn't actually classify what they served as meat.
In all honesty, what should have been my tip off to avoid at all costs is the man out the front in the hi vis and ratty lion head that was bought from KMart for 5 dollars waving at customers to come in. I cannot stress enough that the mask should be burnt. It's actually disgusting.
Long and the short though, avoid this one and go to any other grubby pizza shop. You'll still ingest 3kg of fat, but at least you'll support the...

After 40mins. Called to check. Employee/'manager' told me they delivered it correctly and that I had the pizza and was lying. Walked to neighbours. They had pizza. Terrible experience. Still waiting for new pizza. Hopeful will get pizza. (Wrote this in simple language so that the employee can understand and not treat honest customers like liars... Literally told me to "enjoy your pizza 'cause I delivered it to you, I saw you." It was the wrong address. Wouldn't believe me until I went to my neighbours and asked if they got unordered pizza, which they did. Then finally admitted and would make new pizza for me. Wouldn't have believed me if I didn't leave the house to knock on neighbours doors and just left me. They were ok with me going to the store to prove the person who picked up the pizza wasn't me. I mean the service and attitude speaks for itself. So to conclude, 1hr 30min since estimated pizza arrival...still nothing. Well done! Read moreAfter my uber order was cancelled after pick up i called the store to understand what happened. My order was stolen! The staff were very helpful and i re ordered through them directly for delivery. A young man arrived on a bicycle which was surprising and after riding up quite a steep road he was still just fine. What a gentleman. I hope you guys give him a car soon. After my awful experience he delivered a good quality product in a timely manner to which i refused change on the cost. I hope that he will benefit financially from that and if not i would be very disappointed. Although the amount of change was not much it is important that the company does not reprimand it employees for accepting tips. Unfortunately after this i called the store express my satisfaction and was met with very short and blunt responses by the managing staff who promptly hung up on me without listening at all.
