There is never enough topping... including the 'fancy' range and the 'cheaper' range. $5 for a pizza, but... you need to ask for extra EVERYTHING, making it one expensive pizza! Also, they also are now charging an extra 'surcharge' for pick up and delivery after 10pm in the evening, and on public holidays, calling it a 'public holiday surcharge fee' you are advised of at the beginning of the phone call. And it's not a small amount of money. The food itself is MOSTLY ok, but definitely room for improvement. Several times, the food has not been cooked long enough and is very 'doughy' in the centre, especially the 'mini range'. It is false advertising (they weigh EVERY ingredient per pizza and 9 time's out of ten... it ALL lands on the one side) It's very disappointing as we really enjoy the pizza bases and the cheese and garlic scrolls. However, they have a limit of scrolls they sell daily, so you need to get in early. They're open later than other takeaway restaurants, but by late evening, there is limited food left to purchase. Also, chips are NOT deep fried, they are baked in the pizza oven. Approached management who promised to make sure we finally received the extras we have paid for EVERY time, but not received, by making it himself. But that ended up being one of the worst orders we've received. If you call to advise them, they offer one free small value range pizza on your next visit, valued at $3-$5! Read moreI had very bad experience at this store its under new owner now.i ordered gluten free pepperoni pizza, and request the order taking boy to cut pizza with different knife , he said they always cutt with different knife. I waited there for order when my order was packing i was standing there and saw the owner using same knife that he used for other glueten contained pizza. I ask him which knife you used , firstly he didn’t accept it after i said that i saw you using the same knife then he said he used knife that they used for vegan . I tell him vegan and gluten free is different. I asked the owner to refund my money as I don’t want buy as it’s not safe for my 6 year old daughter who was with me there as it’s contaminated now. He said can’t refund. He start arguing and misbehaving with me . Even my daughter got scared and said mum I don’t want to eat pizza, she was scared how owner was talking with me. And he blamed on the staff that they didn’t inform me to cut pizza with different knife. As a onwer he should know that gluten free pizza always cut with different knife. He was not trained and was not accepting that he did mistake. His behaviour with customer was not acceptable he should apologise for his mistake. I would not recommend this store as it’s not safe for people who has allergies or vegan. Very bad and rude behaviour with customer . Never going to ordered again . Staff was talking to other friend waiting inside for order instead of attending myself as customer.When i asked him to check my order his response was that he don't know how long it will take,not sure at all about the time and cant help much.While i was talking to this staff his relative started swearing on me and make fun of myself with this staff member.Waited for long and then got advised that they cannot process the order and can only do partial order.On myself asking the name of the staff whose behaviour was poor ,whole team started shouting and refuse to give name and told that they are cancelling my order as i mentioned that their behaviour is not customer friendly and i will report this.Meanwhile that relative keep on swearing and inetrupting my conversation with staff but none of the team leader asked her to stop and infact join her in doing this.Disapponting customer service and behaviour.
