Wouldnāt even give my service here 1 star. Iāve been going here for years. Last night I was given the entire wrong order and didnāt realise until my partner brought it home, entirely wrong. I went back and the biggest smart alec shift runner Chelsea dealt with my order. I didnāt get 1 apology. She refused to make me fresh pizzas quoting ātheyāve only been sitting here for 15 minutes although Iāll make you new pancakesā the pancakes took an additional 8 minutes to be handed to me, leaving my pizzas now sitting there for 23 minutes!! Whilst I was waiting CHELSEA stood there and pointed at me with another co-worker gossiping both laughing. Once my pancakes were ready the other worker AGAIN handed me the wrong order. How this girl even has a job is unbelievable and the attitude she has was shocking. If I was a main manager or owner of that store Iād genuinely be ashamed for my customers to have encounter someone with the attitude that she had. Honestly...

We ordered online at 5.17pm. 2x Large Pizzas and a wings. Our order didnāt arrive by the estimated time. My husband called up to find out where our oder was. Apparently our order had been delivered. No idea where it was delivered to? While he was talking to someone on the phone.. he over heard someone in the background say just put them on hold. Bit rude donāt you think?? They said they were going to redo the order.. it still hadnāt arrived by 7.05pm so I called to find out where the order was? Lady said it has been delivered which it hadnāt to us. Thatās 2 orders.. She said do you want a refund or would you like us to do it again? I said do it again. We had 2 little kids still waiting to eat. š So we ordered at 5.17pm and we finally got our order at 7.35pm. After the long wait.. maybe a free garlic bread thrown in or something might have been a nice gesture.

When I arrived, I observed four staff members present, yet none answered the constantly ringing phone. This gave the impression of poor customer service practices.
During my visit, I also found the communication from staff to be unhelpful and dismissive. The interaction did not meet the standard of professionalism I would reasonably expect in a customer-facing business.
In my view, management should review staff training to ensure phones are answered promptly and customers are treated respectfully. Based on this experience, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this...
