Was cold, was late, and they replied to me with free pizza. Totally not interested is shopping there again. The following is there reply:

Dreadful place to pick up, I'm on a tight budget and getting pizza for the family is a big treat for us. I ordered 4 Large Pizzas. I turned up to pick them up. I waited and waited and waited for someone to come to the service front. I heard alot of fooling around and laughter in the back, I'm not joking, this went on for 10 mins, I yelled out several times and it would go quiet and then louder laughter. When I did get my pizza, I took them home and they were disgusting. Little to no topping on any of them. I called the store and the response I got was "Oh well that's what you get" then he hung up on me. It took all my energy not to go there and beat the living daylights of him and anyone else there. HOW does this place stay open when you hire smug smart A@#ses who do need a good lesson on how to work and to speak to people. NEVER again will I go back. Live tracker does not match up with where they are at in store. Customer service is HORRIBLE. They ignore you at the counter. We ordered a pizza tonight and it took them almost 5 minutes to acknowledge my partner who was standing at the counter, right in front of a worker who just ignored him. They also forgot to give us the drink with the order and only gave it to us once my parter prompted for it. Multiple people waiting in store tonight, all very angry. Communication was horrible. No apologies. Nothing. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and there was about 8 small pieces of pineapple on one half of the pizza and none on the other.
