Domino's Pizza Noble Park — Restaurant in Melbourne

True incident (7-1-24) and a true review because I never give false reviews.

I ordered delivery at Domino's. 15 to 20 minutes before the store closed and the online payment was already done! After waiting for half an hour, I called the store. No one picked up two-three times and after that despite trying the store picked up my call and I asked about my delivery and they replied that your order has been canceled because we were too busy.I was like what the hell.? I neither received any call from anyone nor received any email from anyone nor did anyone give me any update. They just canceled my order I hadn't eaten anything in the last 24 hours. And after a very tearing day, I had a few drinks too! And I ordered delivery because I didn't want to drive, but these people Forced me to drive and go to the store and talk to the person in store. And I tell you after that when I reached the store. That we have canceled your order? Because we were very busy. No proper explanation was given, nothing was given. Just because he wanted, he canceled the order. And on the contrary, he started arguing with me. You had to go and eat something else. You can eat anything, why do you have to eat only this? And he started saying that you can complain online, no problem. Making online complaint is just a useless and Nobody cares. After that he also said to me that? I am not well. And now I cannot give you an explanation. You can go and eat something else? And I was like what the hell .?

At the end I would like to say that? Just take a little care. And? Whatever you order, you must keep getting updates and make sure and never pay at the start, because your money will be stocked and And you will not get any guarantee either Whether you get to eat your pizza or not, so just be careful...

Can't give less than 1 star unfortunately. Just like alot of the other comments here... the staff are absolutely rude and incapable of making a pizza. I got served avo puree once and they told me badluck go complain on facebook it was like green slime dumped on top of the pizza revolting - how hard is it to say sorry we are out of avocado ...

ordered a pepperoni with olives - the pizza had no pepperoni on it i mean how do you forget the pepp on a pepp? The worst part is being berated on the phone by the staff when there is an issue.

Ordered a triple cheese stacker last night with a voucher from dominos that i received for a complaint about this store but had to pay extra for the cheese stacker base and the pizza didnt come with any cheese on the base or on top!!! So i paid for the base for nothing which is why i got the voucher but the pizza was dry and awful so a waste of time even going to get it. Its not worth the bother may as well eat a cardboard box and save the drive.

This store needs to be shut down. Why should i have to drive all the way to wheelers hill when i have a store right near my house but they are incompetent and have been for the entire time?! They aren't even helpful or apologetic. I stopped ordering dominos for years and i go back again and its still the same incompetence if not worse

You should note now the store refuses to give the receipt to you and takes them and screws them up into the bin. They used to give them to you now they make it harder for you to complain.

Telling us gee thanks we will pass this on to our training and management team doesnt do anything. Maybe Don needs to go there in a fake beard and see for himself!!!!!!!!

I ordered a pizza over the phone, extra large half and half with two toppings. The girl who answered the phone couldn’t get the order right and I knew the way she took the order that She was doppy.

So when we went there to collect , we told one of the staff boys that we ordered an extra large. He said it’s too late. Then I was determined to get an extra large and he was like ok I’ll get you another one. So we waited there for another 15 min, he came with 2 large pizza boxes instead of one. So basically he has redone another large pizza and gave us 2 boxes. It was only for 2 people. But he charged for 2 large pizzas. This is absolutely unethical. It’s nothing about the money but not making the customer aware that we need to pay for 2 large instead of 1 extra large.

Then the best part comes , we tasted the pizza it was like dog food. No flavor at all. I was gobsmacked as I have tasted dominos in different countries including United Kingdom as I was living there before.

Never have tasted tasteless dominos pizza like this. All these big brands shouldn’t franchise them unless they maintain the company standards and quality. Seen this with other fast food brands too in Australia.

I’m utterly disappointed as I am new to Australia and was craving to have a yummy slice of fast food pizza. I would never order dominos in Australia again nor go to noble park branch ever. Waste of money!!!!!!! I would not give...
