I dont even know where to start... I ordered a cheesy crust garlic pizza to be picked up at 7:15 but when I got to the store at 7:20 was told they didnt even know where my order was since they couldn't find the receipt then when they did work it out was told it had only just gone in the oven and would be another 7 or 8 minutes -.- so I finally had my pizza at 7:37 and the only explanation was some flimsy excuse that every pizza was late due to it being very busy...on a Monday night...one customer in store who was also not impressed with his order... then I finally get it home to find it was absolutely inedible! I was looking forward to a nice cheesy garlic pizza with a basil drizzle and some spring onions, sounds simple to me but it was disgusting! The basil was ridiculously overpowering as were the spring onions, I couldn't even taste any garlic and the cheese was just runny and oily! This is not the first time I've had bad pizzas from this store and I doubt it will be the last! The worst part is it would have been cheaper and faster to go to any of the many other pizza shops nearby where I could have at least had a REAL pizza instead of this thing that is apparently supposed to be a pizza! One day I will learn that this is just the way it will always be and to stop giving them another chance! Complete waste of time and money as almost all of it ended up in the bin! Not impressed...
Read moreI recently visited your store and had a deeply disappointing experience. While I was momentarily occupied on a phone call, my 8-year-old son entered to collect our pizza order. Shockingly, the staff completely ignored him. Instead of offering assistance, they remained preoccupied with their iPads and made no effort to acknowledge his presence. To make matters worse, a group of younger employees—who seemed to lack even the most basic understanding of customer service—continued to overlook him while assisting other customers who arrived after him. It was disheartening to witness such disregard for a child simply trying to pick up an order. What’s even more concerning is the possibility that my son’s treatment was influenced by his mixed-race background. Given how visibly and consistently he was ignored, it’s hard not to consider that racial bias may have played a role in how he was treated. This experience was not only upsetting but unacceptable. Read moreI contacted your store and spoke with the manager, who unfortunately handled the situation unprofessionally. Instead of offering an apology or a resolution, the manager informed me that I would receive a refund in 10 business days, without addressing the issue in a satisfactory manner. I find this response both disappointing and unacceptable, particularly considering the poor quality of the product I received.
As a loyal customer, I am disheartened by the lack of proper customer service and the negative experience. The behavior of the staff in this instance is damaging to the reputation of both the store and the franchise as a whole.
I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and appropriate action be taken to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
