Hi I’ve placed an online order twice and called the store member to cancel the first order as I dint get any confirmation email. He said it has been cancelled and once I send my brother to pick-up my order there they said that the online order can’t be canceled?? Since my poor brother s new to country he doesn’t know how to react n simply paid the money for 1st orders (Pizza and garlic bread) along with the second order! My brother came home told me the story about it, then I spoke to the store manager and she said the mistake is from their end, since they kept the pizzas in oven we have to pay for it !! I told her that your employee has clearly mentioned that he has canceled the first order!!! Now she’s claiming that the pizza is already in the oven n can’t cancel!!! Read moreI ordered from dominos only because I got a voucher from them because they had some issue with my previous order. This time, instead of repeating the same mistake, they made a new mistake. Forgot to send 1.25 liter of drink with my order. When I called, the lady said it’s not our fault, it’s Uber drivers' fault. They need to check whether we have handed over all the things to them or not. I have also worked in hospitality at some point, and it’s basic common sense that delivery drivers only deliver food, and it is the responsibility of restaurant staff to make sure they have given every item to the delivery driver which is mentioned in the order. When I asked the lady to deliver my drink with some other delivery guy, she replied that all our delivery guys were on leave since it's Christmas Eve. I ordered a Spicy Peppy Paneer and Vegorama via Uber Eats from Domino's South Melbourne, and I was extremely disappointed. There was only one piece of paneer on each slice, and the toppings were very minimal. The taste of both pizzas was awful. I also specifically selected 'without peri-peri drizzle,' but they ignored it and still added it. I won't be ordering from here ever again. Lost me as a customer for sure!
