Donut King Bayside G053 — Restaurant in Melbourne

I have been to this store a number of times (usually when I’m dying for a hot dog) and I always regret it.

Customer services is abhorrent.

You can wait 15 minuets to be told they don’t have hot dogs, eftpos isn’t working, run out of doughnuts etc or three people are standing chatting while you’re waiting for service.

Additional fees for eftpos when their menu is typically items under $10 - which seems to be a money making exercise.

All in all I’ll just have to try harder to...

Ordered 2 regular hot dogs and got charged for the premium ones with onion and was told when I said I didn't order them because I'm allergic to onions so obviously I wouldn't pay 20 for them. The older lady pretty much told me that it's my problem and just walked away absolute horrible customer service and so rude wouldn't give me the time of day to even express my feelings about it has to throw out my food and go without definitely wont be coming...

Usually happy with this place but on Tuesday 08/05/18 around 3:50pm there was a middle aged woman working and as I stood there waiting to be served she blatantly ignored me while the other younger worker was clearly busy making someone's order. She walked past myself and another 3 waiting customers a multiple amount of times while she folded some boxes up. I ended up walking off because of how long I was standing there. Dissappointed to...
