Happy to elaborate. Last week I attended Rozzi's Frankston Bayside Shopping Centre. I ordered two of the pre-made chicken foccacias and paid on card. After a brief wait a staff member brought me one. I politely requested an ETA on the second one and the staff member told me I had only ordered one.
I politely explained that I had actually ordered two and identified the staff member that served me. That staff member was asked about the situation and instead of responding to her colleague politely, she ran up to the counter and yelled at me in front of her colleagues and other customers "NO NO NO I ONLY CHARGED YOU FOR ONE". I (still very politely) reminded her that I did order two and made payment expecting to receive two.
She gave me a dirty look and stormed off to the back of your shop, leaving a rather confused staff member to make me a second one, which I was then charged for.
Whilst the food was being prepared, the staff member who mistook my order came back to the counter and glared at me constantly whilst pretending to clean. I state pretending to clean as she was making cleaning motions, however there was no sponge, cloth or other form of cleaning materials in her hand to actually facilitate any cleaning. I believe this was some form of an attempt to intimidate me and I was not amused.
Another staff member brought me my other chicken foccacia and made a half hearted apology "for the confusion". At that point, I felt as though I might verbally express my frustration so I just took my food and left.
To summarise:
Order mishandled No accountability from the staff member who mishandled my order Yelled at by the staff member who mishandled to order Staff member who mishandled my order and yelled at me was glaring at me/attempting stare down
Again, let me be clear. The food is brilliant, amongst the best I have had in the Frankston area, however the service was so terrible I will not be spending any of my hard earned money in your shop again.

Read moreI recently visited a cafe that boasted a fantastic variety of delicious looking food, and I was excited to try out their macaroni and cheese dish.
Unfortunately, I found it to be very average, and it didn't live up to my expectations. However, I was impressed with the quality of all the other dishes on display, and they looked very enticing to eat. I'd like to think that the macaroni and cheese dish was just a one-off, and I'm willing to give the cafe another chance to impress me with hopefully a more enticing dish.
While my dish didn't quite hit the mark, the customer service could have also been more friendly and welcoming, which I witnessed with other staff members. However, I do understand that younger staff members often require time to hone their skills, so I won't hold it against them, but do think management should talk to them about the importance of customer service and give them more training.
Overall, I think the cafe has a lot of potential and will give them another chance trying something else to eat next time and hopefully receiving better customer service and more...
Read moreWent here today for lunch with my 2 children, only to witness one of the staff starting yelling and swearing at another staff member. A member of the public then told her it wasn't ok so she started abusing him. My youngest daughter got upset to the point of crying due to all of this so we had to leave. When leaving I said in passing that it wasn't ok the lady then decided to start abusing us. So disgusted that staff can do this and not be held responsible for their actions if this was a member of the public they would have been escorted from the centre. No other staff stood up or called her out on it, can only assuming she is the manager on for today to have no one step in. It was witnessed by a large number of the public all talking about it. It took me over 30mins to calm my daughter down due to this. Will be emailing both the shopping centre management...
