Wantirna Mall Charcoal Chicken — Restaurant in Melbourne

I tried to get in contact with the restaurant which was made impossible, I ordered the chicken pack with my choice of salad and chips, i didn't get the choice of salad so I've attempted to to contact the restaurant the customer service by Menulog was absolutely atrocious, couldn't get through to the restaurant and to be told my order has already been picked up by the menu log driver, my order has arrived covered with egg salad which I'm allergic to and did not order, so I can't eat any of my meal at all, I tried contacting the restaurant again after finally speaking with management I was dismissed completely and blamed for their poor service and then they continue to blame menu log and myself for their incompetence and told I should have used uber eats not Menulog and there is nothing they can do to fix this problem now I've wasted money and can't eat any of my contaminated order and have been spoken to like I'm the idiot,...

Went to the Wantirna mall charcoal chicken with good expectations. Ordered the lamb souvlaki as i was keen to try a tasty Greek dish. Disappointed on so many levels, and that was before I even got the food.

The young brunette who took my order had zero customer service skills, seemed eager to order my own food, as apparently you're not allowed to view the menu too long. The whole place seems like there's an air of tension. The staff look glum, impatient and even the owner looks angry.

Got the souvlaki and it failed. Lamb was bland it ruined my experience. Forget it. I won't be heading there anytime soon.

If I could give lees then one star I would….why? Imagine buying a roast chicken and then after feeding your family you’re getting left overs off the bone for your pet only to find A DEAD MOUSE inside the chicken stuffing…. And then when you call to tell them and ask for some sort of compensation for this disgusting just feral poor handling of everything the people who answer the phone are listening and then HANG UP ON YOU AND DO NOT EVER ANSWER THE PHONE TO YOU AGAIN!

Must have my number pop up cuz try off some one else phone they answer until you say what’s with the mouse and game over.
