Ferguson Plarre's Bakehouse - Casey Central — Restaurant in Melbourne

It was my day off work and I always take my 2 yr old for a babycino treat. We always go to Coffee Club further down for our treat but we decided to try Ferguson Plarre as we are regulars with Ferguson Plarre in Glen Waverley and Cranbourne. However this cafe although the coffee was nice I was served a small cappuccino in a medium cup and my toddler was served a babycino with the temperature that was hot enough for a adults coffee and burnt her mouth! I took my toddlers babycino back and then was served a babycino that was just poured straight out of the bottle! My toddler has been drinking babycinos since she was able to hold her own cups so we are very familiar with babycinos. I felt that the milk that was used for my coffee was the same milk they used to make my 2yr olds babycino with. Just aswell I work as Dental Nurse so I didn’t panic when my 2yr olds babycino...

It ALWAYS makes my day when I have a cuppa in this place. Regularly I observe they have 3 people at the order counter to attend and they are attentive to what you want. Moreover, it's habitual that they will ask you what else you want when you complete your order...... to us seniors.... it's a great help in case we miss something.
