We recently ordered a platter of veg sandwiches over the phone. At the time of pickup, there was a small discrepancy with the order, likely due to miscommunication. I spoke with Tuscany at the Craigieburn store, and she handled the situation exceptionally well.

She listened carefully, acknowledged the issue without placing blame, and offered a cost-effective, win-win solution. Tuscany was polite, understanding, and genuinely professional throughout. The sandwiches, as always, were fresh and delicious.

I got my baby shower cake made from Craigieburn central Fergusson and just picked it up. OMG the cake is so perfect exactly how I wanted it. So easy to order online and pick up. They were so friendly at this store and such quick service. I customised a religious cake and turned it into pink baby shower and they even put cute butterflies on the decorations. All staff were extremely delightful to everyone! Cakes were great quality and the staff went out of her way to offer suggestions with the variety of products offered.
