The owner of this restaurant needs to “ get his head out of the sand” get back to serving customers that are in the restaurant and stop paying all the attention to Uber Eats & Menulog. You want the community to support local business and come out and dine in your restaurant but don’t offer the service of food in a respectable time frame. Tonight we dined in your restaurant waited for 2plus hours for our meal, then only 1 meal came to our table so you expect the 1 person to eat while the other watches. Our food only came out because of our complaining many times to the poor staff about how long it is taking. And all this wasn’t just us all the tables were complaining, a table of 17 walked out couldn’t wait any longer. You really need to have a hard look at what is important your customers in your restaurant or the takeaway / Uber eats / Menulog ect cause if thats the way continue your going to have an empty restaurant. Your staff are amazing and friendly and put up with all the complaints and angry customers all while your probably at home enjoying your night ! I feel for them & being a mother I wouldn’t allow my son to even think about going for a job in your restaurant cause if this is the way you look after your customers I could only imagine how you treat your staff! Read moreWe, as a family, like La Porchetta restaurants. Unfortunately, tonight was money going into waste for us. It wasn't because of the food. Rather couple of waitresses who could not stop talking amongst themselves and do not bring our drinks to the table.
We received the drinks alright. After our food was finished. I literally had to pick them up from them while they were chatting away. I took over the managers role, and told both of them to stop socialising but to serve us. Mind you there were only four tables occupied with clients. Practically empty place compared to the ratio of the empty tables.
I am going to give that venue a poor review in Google unfortunately. Just a heads up with employing teenagers and managing them.
As a result, they thought that they could just shut me up with giving us free drinks. I told them at the time as well that it is not about getting away from the full fee. It is the expectations.
I would recommend the director to have chat with the manager.

Received my lasagna within 5min of sitting down. It came out TOO QUICK to be fresh. I started to eat it & couldn't cut through as bottom layers of the pasta were stale & hard. Very disappointing, as this is a 'pasta restaurant'.🤔🍜🍝
Ate half the top & took the chips & salad to go home.
When paying $39.60 for my lunch, i had told the waitress about the toughness of the pasta, and Caleb at front desk. He confirmed to me that the Lasagnas/pastas aren't cooked fresh on a daily basis.😱🤔
I won't be coming back here as staff & management do not care about customer complaints.Not even a slight reduction in my total price. 🤦♀️
I certainly won't be recommending this restaurant to family or friends. Very silly to not care about customer disatisfaction, after all this time food establisments being closed to Covid.
Too many other places to eat at this shopping centre.
