I recently visited Bon Bon Craigieburn, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! Their chocolate cake is simply divine—rich, moist, and bursting with deep chocolate flavour. Every bite felt like a little piece of heaven, perfectly balanced in sweetness and texture. It's easily one of the best chocolate cakes I've ever had.

But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the exceptional service from Sara. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home. Sara's attention to detail and genuine care for her customers is evident in every interaction. She took the time to ensure everything was perfect and went above and beyond to make my visit special.

What a magical, scrumptious accident!!! It's all in the recipe, so many a well seasoned chef , pastry or otherwise, will tell you,and this is sure at BonBons. In case you didn't know already, most Asians dislike or at best aren't fond of all things dairy. It's boo to moo lol. I have long found this an amusing passtime, when I encounter the always polite and always immaculately dressed wait staff of Asian descent , the noble tasks required seem second nature if you watch. I’ve been to this bakery a few times because the food is great, but unfortunately, the customer service consistently falls short. The staff often seem impatient and unapproachable, which makes the experience less welcoming.
