I recently had the pleasure of visiting Ferguson Plarre Bakehouse, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. While I have always admired the quality of their baked goods, this visit stood out not just for the delicious treats but for the outstanding customer service I received from a young man named Adam.

From the moment I approached the kiosk, Adam’s warm and welcoming demeanor made all the difference. His enthusiasm for his work was immediately apparent, as he greeted me with a friendly smile and a genuine eagerness to help. He took the time to walk me through the selection, offering thoughtful recommendations and ensuring I found exactly what I was looking for. His professionalism, patience, and incredible attention to detail truly elevated the experience.

Now, let’s talk about the baked goods—absolute perfection. Every pastry was beautifully crafted, the pies had that perfect balance of flaky crust and rich, flavorful filling, and the cakes were simply divine. Each bite was a testament to Ferguson Plarre’s commitment to quality and excellence. It is clear that this bakery values tradition and craftsmanship, consistently delivering treats that are both delicious and impeccably made.

While ordering the cakes for my son’s jungle theme party, first name came to our mind is Ferguson Plarre. The reason is, we took 2 cakes for my son’s first birthday as well from here and those tasted amazing. But we were not sure whether they will be able to make the customized cake the way we want. They exceeded our expectation! I don't know the baker/ artist who did this, but the shells, corals, sea weeds etc. were so perfect, that it got us amazed the moment it was delivered. They made both the cakes exactly the way we want it! I will not tell those were cheap, but it was worth the money. Hoppers Crossing team advised me on the layers, fillings etc. And they were generous to deliver the cakes for us exactly on time! Emy and Emma both were super supportive, cannot thank you...

Such a rude staff, boys didn't want to take my order for iced chocolate and giving me excuses that we are out of chocolate and not letting me sit in the covered area because they said we already cleaned the space. I asked them when is your closing time and they replied at 6pm but it was 4.50pm when I gave my order. They asked me to sit outside where the table was dirty, they were laughing and giving weirdly expression. Feeling awful, If some senior staff is reading the message please do teach them how to behave into the workplace and how to behave with the customer, even though if you're finished with something please convey it nicely.
