Valentine's day is a special day for me, as it is my wife's birthday. I showed them what kind of cake I was looking for and they recommended this cake. Rather than a creamy cake, there were chunks of hard-to-eat chocolate inside the cake. It was such a joy killer on this day, we hardly could eat a piece and I returnded 3/4 the cake to the shop the following morning. I was respectfully and quietly advising my comments to them, but they were disrespectfully replying and saying it was my own fault by choosing a wrong cake. At least respect your customers when they are being respectful to you! Terrible customer service, Terrible quality of cake... the best day of my wife and mine was ruined and my money was wasted and I was being too disrespected by the staff because they replied: "it is your first time buying a cake from us so it is your fault not knowing what the taste is like" !!! Have I not eaten a birthday cake in my life before that I do not know enough what a good cake's taste is like?..... at least have some respect to...

The staff member from PLENTY VALLEY who is taking orders only give priority to coffee sales,even though other customers let her serve us ,she ignored and continued to take all coffee orders.Beacause of her we walked off,will never get any service or recommend anyone .You lost a big cake order for a function as your staff is not being attentive and have no respect for all customers.She kept going with new walk in customers who just came for cofee orders while keeping us waiting ,Maybe reflect on poor service and consider hire staff with customer service and marketing background with good PR skills to sustain and retain potential customers and good...

Bought myself a coffee and my child a hot chocolate. Older lady at the counter proceeded to dictate to me how my child shouldn't be having hot chocolate, it's not healthy for them, and "he doesn't really need it".... my child is not heavy set and it was a treat for him... Upon trying to pay she doesn't give me a price and shoves the eftpos machine in my face, when informed I was paying cash she sighed and acted inconvenienced.
