horrible service. i ordered a zinger burger and a iced pepsi and it was a 50 minute wait and they were hardly even busy. im livid. i wasted so much time out of my day where i was supposed to be working, waiting for my food which came out cold and the chicken was hardly even cooked. there were about 5 other customers here yet mine took almost an hour for 2 items. my friend also really wanted some KFC and we had to leave and go to another one because of how horrific the service at westfield plenty valley KFC is. i am so angry i could throw a chair, the workers are all teenagers and don’t do anything, they basically work in slow motion. i watched them making the food and most of them just stand there and do nothing and there was hardly any staff to make matters worse because 4 workers walked out mid shift leaving people waiting. don’t visit westfield plenty valley KFC. 3 staff members also left when it was at its peak bussiness leaving 2...

Abysmal slow service by young staff who'd rather be elsewhere. Always big queues of people waiting for their orders. Today a young worker was sipping a milk drink in the store whilst having a chat to the workers who were busy trying to get orders ready but we're slowed by the distraction. I called the offending young lady forward to point out the disgruntled queue waiting. Her kurt reply was she hadn't started yet so I pointed out her actions were slowing down the workers who had started work. The quality of service and food at this KFC is far lower than KFC standards. Long waiting time, and often I see staffs are getting confused with their ordering system and their monitors. They don't look to be working well together. They don't follow the mixing rules of chicken pieces in boxes as other KFCs do. For example, they may give you all chicken breast pieces in a 3 piece box, or only thigh pieces. Chicken pieces look too dark, not sure, but usually too old frying oil causes this.
