I came close to closing so they couldn’t make my usual drink, I understand so I ask what drinks they can make, girl with the reddish brown hair and lash extensions (I think) told me about all the berry drinks, and even recommended one of the drinks that would be closest to what I usually get. Now they were chockas, they had a lot of people ordering like 20-30 minutes till closing. I see people come and go and long story short I was the last person there, people who ordered after got their drinks before me. I’m not mad because these girls were working hard to get so many drinks out, when she (the girl with the reddish brown hair) asked me what I was waiting on I told her and she profusely apologised and immediately made my drink then apologised again. Around 8 PM last night, my kids were served by a lady with red hair. They ordered four drinks, and one of my daughters didn’t like her drink, so she went back to request a replacement. Shockingly, the staff member snatched the drink out of her hand and rolled her eyes at her — completely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior.

To make matters worse, she charged my daughter full price again for the replacement drink. That’s completely unfair and felt like a scam. After I confronted her about the issue, she eventually refunded the amount she had wrongly charged.

One staff member trying to do everything on her own while two others stand around chatting and another is busy on her mobile. Customers lined up and many customers waiting for drinks to be made. I felt sorry for the person left to do everything on her own. Not the first time this has happened here. Good service when you can actually get it. Staff always chatting or on mobile phones while customers wait. Always one or two poor staff left to do everything. 18/9/2023 at 3.45pm.... lined up for a long time to buy an original strawberry squeeze. Over $9 to buy a drink that is not full. Shaking it around after making it is not going fill that cup!!!...
