If you are GLUTEN INTOLERANT OR COELIAC DO NOT buy from here. Last week, ordered a GF wrap with the GF batter. Batter appeared different to the corn one they normally give me -so rang when I arrived home to ask. Was reassured it was all GF. 2 days later I broke out in a gluten intolerant rash..and aphthous ulcers......Have tried to contact head office 3 times now with no success. The young staff there have no idea and don't care. Have not been properly trained in GF or Coeliac requirements. Many times they have not labelled the GF order when buying . SNITZ SHOULD not be offering GF options when they are not taking care to make...

Very good food however there are some health and safety issues as I was watching. The people in the front use gloves and everything but one of the cashiers doesn’t replace the gloves and still uses it on the food making process. Another thing is that they had done is that they had wiped their snot off with their forearm when handling with the food. Moreover another one of the workers had removed their glove and still was preparing the chips. Just please stick to food safety precautions and then that will be it. Eating at schnitz is something I look forward to, and find their caesar salad something delicious. So imagine my disappointment when I get a bowl with no iceberg or cos lettuce, but something like rocket that was unwashed and wilted, half of it I had to throw out. The croutons were stale, bits of bread that hadn't even been toasted. Not even the chips were good; sure they were fresh, but no flavour or seasoning.
