The customer service by the manager (I am assuming she was the manager) is absolutely appalling. I was looking at the warm pies and other yummy dishes when one of the young girls behind the counter asked me if I had decided what I wanted yet (I did not) when the manager got upset that I had been standing (out of the way of the service desk and other customers) for too looks and angrily approached me asking “WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE” to which I replied “I’m looking at the pies”. She assumed I was having a chat with the young girl and distracting her from work ( I was not, I don’t even know her we are just both young girls and she made a rude assumption about her employee). Any ways she storms away frustrated by my lack of troublemaking and tells me to hurry up. Mind you the store was not busy, I was not in the way and I had been very polite. Read moreMy visit to Ferguson Plarre Southland was nothing short of delightful. Right from the moment I stepped in, the warm and welcoming ambiance enveloped me. The staff were friendly, attentive, and offered great suggestions. I decided to try their famous pies and was blown away by the flaky crust and hearty filling. The sweetness of the pastries was just the cherry on top of an already perfect visit. Their attention to quality and detail is evident in every bite. I also appreciate their adherence to health and safety protocols, making me feel safe dining in. This place is a gem in Melbourne and I can't wait to return and try more of their offerings. The professionalism and the sumptuous fare make Ferguson Plarre a must-visit. Five stars...
