Florentine Pizza and Charcoal Chicken — Restaurant in Melbourne

4 stars because they are usually really good however this time was more like a 2 star, anyway I ordered Chicken Funghi as I have multiple times before, the sauce is usually piping hot and spread pretty evenly, this time however the sauce was non existent with only 1 slice of mushroom on the entire dish. Must have forgotten the sauce. So 20 odd bucks for 2 pieces of grilled chicken with salt and pepper and 1 slice of mushroom with chips and some rice. I probably won't order Chicken Funghi again. I don't understand how you forget to add the funghi sauce. It's half of the name...

I absolutely love ordering takeaway from Florentine! I have tried the burgers, pork Ribs and the mixed snack packs and boy are they delicious! I would order the Snack Pack literary every Saturday so the delivery drivers definitely know me haha. 🤣

Sadly I moved away and now haven't got these guys as my main go to place for takeaway, however I do plan to stop by and dine in next time I'm around the area!

Many years ago as I walked past this place, I was suddenly taken back in time back to the very first Pizza I had in Melbourne. It was a Smell of a Good Pizza , I walked in ordered a Napoletana and OMG was I taken back by its delicious taste, thus, the pizza was itself a work of art. Florentine Pizza , now offers a broad menu to delight everyone , as they also prepare, delicious Charcoal Chicken, Souvlakis, HSP's, Burgers, Pastas, Salad's and more deliciously prepared food. The Service is very friendly and the place very clean and welcoming. Definitely a must...
