Valley Seafood — Restaurant in Melbourne

I have been going here for 16 years love there food and good prices .but tonight got my partner to get me a chicken burger and he asked for the roll to be toasted on the out side and the inside of roll and I don't know it was nice but she put a truck load of pepper 😤 not happy as I suffer from acid reflux if she does this again I'm going to talk to the boss cause if she can't handle with what the customer likes well that's not right if a kid had my burger the kid wouldn't be able to eat it that's how bad it was Please fix...

They don't accept card in the store so we were unable to order anything (we didn't have our cards on us, but we can use our phones for tap n go), which is extremely frustrating. They did have an ATM machine there, however, it is ancient and doesn't have the card less cash feature. Chips are the best part of any 'fish and chips' meal and Valley Seafood make the best chips ever. No other chips from any other fish and chip shop have ever compared. The chips are crispy on the outside and soft potato inside and never oily. Potato cakes are also great and there's always extras thrown in.
