NEVER EVER AGAIN. The service was TERRIBLE !!!!!!! Did not even acknowledge me when walked in to pick up internet order. There were already about 5-6 people waiting for their order. Waited, waited,waited and nothing. About 20 mins later, I said excuse me I’m here to pick up my order. Told them the order number and they said sorry we gave it to someone else accidentally. It will be another few minutes. The staff were fluffing around, looked like they didn’t know what they were doing. Kept checking each box that came out several times, putting them in bags, taking them out, putting in different bags. Total chaos. A lady then said we have been waiting for an hr for our food, can we get a refund. The Uber drivers were getting frustrated as wel. When I asked how much longer he said “5 mins, I promise” well 15 mins later I got my order. The burger I ordered was sitting on the bench for 15 mins so was cold as when my husband got to eat it. I wasn’t the only one pissed off. A refund...

I’ve been to GAMI Chicken in Caroline Springs twice recently, and unfortunately, both times, the experience has been disappointing. The restaurant is clearly understaffed, and it shows. There’s usually just one staff member handling everything—taking orders, making drinks, serving food, and running the cashier. She does her best (no hate to her at all, she’s awesome and very friendly) but she’s clearly overworked, and as a result, service is extremely slow.

Even when there are only a few tables occupied, the food takes forever to arrive, and it comes out in intervals, so you never get to enjoy everything together—fries or rice always come separately from the chicken. To make things worse, the chicken wasn’t even hot when it finally arrived, like it had been sitting out for a while.

After two visits with the exact same experience, I don’t think I’ll be coming back. The service is just too slow, and even the quality of the food isn’t great anymore. Definitely not...
