Dear ,

I am writing to express my disappointment with the level of service and staff performance I recently experienced at noodle box Caroline spring . As a loyal customer, I have always appreciated the quality of your food, but my recent visit left me frustrated due to significant issues with staff efficiency and competence.

Firstly, the service was unreasonably slow. Despite the restaurant not being overly busy at the time, it took far longer than expected for my order to be prepared. Several customers, including myself, were left waiting, with no updates or apologies provided by the staff. This lack of urgency not only disrupts the dining experience but also reflects poorly on the overall management and operations of the establishment.

Additionally, it was evident that the staff were not well-trained or experienced. Simple tasks such as taking orders, handling payment systems, and managing food preparation appeared to be confusing and disorganized for them. At one point, I noticed multiple staff members struggling with basic processes, leading to incorrect orders and further delays. This lack of competency creates a chaotic atmosphere and diminishes customer confidence in the service provided.

The staff also seemed disengaged and unmotivated, which added to the negative experience. There was minimal interaction with customers, and any attempts to address concerns were met with indifference or vague responses. A welcoming and professional demeanor is essential in the food service industry, and unfortunately, this was lacking during my visit.

As a customer, I expect a certain standard of service when dining out, especially from a well-known establishment like Noodle Box. While I understand that challenges can arise, it is the responsibility of management to ensure that staff are properly trained, motivated, and equipped to handle their roles efficiently.

To address these issues, I strongly recommend the following:

Staff Training: Implement regular training sessions to improve staff skills, focusing on customer service, time management, and food preparation. Improved Hiring Practices: Ensure that only individuals with relevant experience or a willingness to learn are hired. Performance Monitoring: Establish systems to monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Customer Communication: Train staff to communicate proactively with customers, providing updates and maintaining a positive attitude, especially during delays. I value Noodle Box for its unique flavors and offerings, but service quality is a crucial aspect that cannot be overlooked. I hope my feedback will be taken seriously and that improvements will be made to ensure a better experience for all customers in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to address this matter. I look forward to seeing positive changes during...

I order here regularly and I went to order here again and they didn’t understand what I was saying and they are not sure why there’s an issue which if I was a business owner then I’d want to know why our customers cannot get delivery? I’ve had it before where the restaurant just needs to turn that on as an option in their store profile. Shame because I usually order here once a month. Not again.

Decided to give another chance as I was passing by the actual store. Wish I hadn’t. The woman in charge was seemingly making fun out of the only Asian person cooking the food, laughing and joking with her Indian staff/family. She also wasn’t wearing a hair net, cooking and packing food orders. The store was also dirty with food waste on the floor. The Dumplings part of the business wasn’t available to order online or via food apps but was available in store again signaling that these new owners have no idea how to run a business to capture more customer spend. This is the second time you can’t order the full menu via the apps in a week or so. I don’t trust the packing conditions and hygiene of the staff. Treated like an Indian restaurant more than an Asian or Chinese restaurant which noodle box should be, Shane it’s ruined by these franchises. Not authentic & food warm and average. Gone down hill since these owners...

Came in here the other day and noticed one thing. That they were inundated with uber orders. Another good store, ruined and Where quality of food suffers all to serve some uber driver, and people who are to lazy to get up and go get their food.

Anyone giving negative reviews on a place that is overworked by at leave 50% of their productivity, well they're pretty silly Disregard their lazy, entitled, and generally poverty-stricken comments.

My suggestion would be, come on a quite day, when there isnt 6 smelly inpatient drivers in there.

All the employees in their did great, Quite simply saw employees apologising to Uber drivers. You don't need to apologise to someone who gets paid 3 dollars an hour. You just don't.. make them wait.

Good work, Noodle box and all employees. You won't be able to stay on top of it, but you're definitely putting in the effort.

I would honestly say, "Make second best wait while paying customers who aren't cheap or impatient. Get...

Awful, ordered nasi goreng & yet again its terrible. Paid for *extra* egg - could barely find 4 tiny pieces of egg in the whole thing, let alone extra. Paid for tofu - they've been pan fried so long they look like they've been deep fried to a crisp, completely inedible. Its also way more spicy than other noodle box stores. Also ordered pan fried pork dumplings, they were barely cooked, heres hoping we aren't sick tomorrow caus it was the only part of the meal that was even remotely edible. Last time we ordered from here was no better. Normally go to the altona store & the nasi goreng is quite tasty, unfortunately have moved away from there now & too far to deliver but def won't be ordering from caroline springs again.
