Had a work function here and we had a brilliant time. Booked a package including bowling, arcade, drinks and food and it was a good per person price. We had a big variety of food (3 different pizzas, Sausage rolls, pies, chippies, burgers) and it was all delicious, especially the sliders were everyone's favourite. All the staff I had encountered was very nice. I got the same cocktail made by 3 different bartenders throughout the night and they all made them taste the exact same level of deliciousness which was great. One of the bartenders said it was the first time he had ever made the Special K, well he certainly did a great job! By the way the Special K is the best cocktail I've ever had anywhere, I love it! I'm deducting one star because of 2 things, 1. around 9pm the kitchen and bar on the bottom floor had closed and staff started to bring in all the tables from the outside/started getting ready to close even though they're open till 11pm and we didn't feel welcome anymore, like they wanted the leftover people to leave so we headed down the road to STRIKE to continue having a good time. Until then we did enjoy ourselves. I like this location better in regards of it having 2 floors and a slide but my 2nd issue is the parking outside the Frankston store is pretty much non existing. Anyway, good place :)

A one-stop-place for everyone. Great for families too. In the ground floor, there’s a bar/resto. Food tastes average and with fair serving size - just right for its price. We like their salt and pepper calamari. We don’t recommend their brisket pappardelle - tastes like a canned pasta which you can buy in supermarket. They have fair variety of beers and wines you can order. They have billiard tables too. In the first floor, there’s arcade, bowling and big slide for kids and young at heart. You have option to eat and have your drinks while bowling. Average bowling fee (one game) for family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) is $50. Don’t forget to wear closed toe shoes if you plan to bowl. Otherwise, they have bowling shoes for hire. Their arcade has unlimited play options ($15 for 30 mins and $25 for 60 mins with 100 tickets) which you can only play in green tags and with no further ticket rewards. If you’re keen to win tickets, go for regular playing card. If you’re tried of all the plays and fancy sweets and coffee, head back to ground floor where Rebel Doughnuts and Lavizza Cakes and Gelato located. Parking wise, there are parking spaces all the way down the road to Southeast Water building. We will definitely come again. We highly to recommend General Public to everyone.

Easy to find, went Sunday dinner, easy to order from the table with QR code with fast service and kind staff. Great pricing with large portions feel like I definitely got my moneys worth for a great first experience. Bathrooms were clean with change table in them also. Lift, stairs and slide access gelato and sweet shop and lolly ship just inside the doors with seating. Plenty of photo opportunities, neon lights, heaps of arcade games I ordered a game card when I ordered our food which was a great and very helpful option. Bowling was great with an easy to use touch screen and bumpers can be turned on and off during play and for individual players. Everything was really clean and easy and good quality definitely come again.

We have been to GP several times and been satisfied but we went for my son's birthday last week and were disappointed. The Food was quick to arrive and decent enough but our evening was soured by a couple of events: 1: arriving and being ignored by staff members at rhe bar and others who kept decorating a tree nearby for 5 mins while we stood waiting to be seated (at the sign at the entrance where it says to do so.) When we approached them they said we should go to the bar and ask them, i said "maybe you should remove the sign that says wait here to be greeted and seated then?" And the staff member made a face behind my back as i walked away that my family members saw. 2: My Sister in law went down the slide with my son and got a piece of glass in her leg from the pad at the bottom. 3: When claiming prizes from the arcade at the end of the night a staff member took our card and while my kids were deciding on items, mistakingly scanned it and gave away our last 170 points to someone else or discarded it and merely shrugged it off as though we were mistaken. When you spend $100 on an arcade card to win like $5 worth of junk in return the least they could do is let your kids have all of it :( a disappointing night that has put me off returning again, just felt like the staff were bored and didn't...

Had an absolute blast celebrating my 20th here last night with friends. Everything was on point! Food ✅ drinks (cocktails included) ✅ fun and games ✅ instagramable ✅ good tunes ✅

We really loved the modern twist to the bowling where you can personalise the lane and screen as well as adding photos 😂 The food was a little pricey but tasted amazing (fantastic chips too!) and the service was always with the smile.

Something to note was that we booked earlier in the week for a group of 6 and when we arrived for our time slot, we were put in a shared booth with a group of teenagers who had already taken up all the space, and had to awkwardly move them onto the other couch to try and squeeze our big group into the other. We couldn’t trust leaving our drinks on the table or bags and were all pretty much forced to stand up in between the other lanes’ couch and lean against our one. We still had a blast tho and didn’t mind all standing up in the end, it was just squishy.

I was also spewin’ that the slide from the top to the bottom level wasn’t in operation 😕 maybe next time us big kids will get a go!

Overall, I highly recommend. Tho brand spanking bee place in Frankston whether you’re on a first date, celebrating a birthday, or just looking for something to do with friends and family in the...
