Waiter did not know their menu or what food was/wasn’t available. When we asked what the differences were between dishes, he said the only difference between a more expensive dish and a less expensive one was that the more expensive one had no egg in it. 🫤 What? That’s not helpful.

We ordered as a group and did not receive our BBQ pork dish. We had finished our meals and informed our waiter that we still had not received the BBQ pork and would like to cancel as we had already finished eating and it had been forgotten by the kitchen. He quickly left to run to the front. I followed up by reminding him again that we no longer need that dish and want it removed from the bill.

We were getting ready to leave and a waitress threw a portion of BBQ pork on the table. I told her we had cancelled that dish as we did not receive it during our dinner, the kitchen forgot it and everyone had already finished eating - she ignored me and quickly walked away. The waiters and waitresses stayed away from our table & avoided us after that so we couldn’t even ask to take it away.

We’ve been regular returning customers here, but after this experience last night, we won’t be in a hurry to order again. I placed a delivery order worth $150, and after waiting far too long, I had to call the restaurant myself to get an ETA. The lady on the phone casually told me my order had been “ready for pickup for a while” — despite the fact that I had paid for delivery.

By the time it finally arrived, it had been sitting there for over 40 minutes, and the total wait was over an hour and a half. The food arrived stone cold, clearly not remade, and tasted like it had just been left in a warmer. For a place only a 5-minute drive away, this is completely unacceptable.

If the restaurant is at fault, they should remake the order fresh before sending it out, not serve customers cold, low-quality meals. Their service protocols for online delivery orders clearly need serious improvement. Very disappointing experience for the price paid, and it’s made us rethink...

From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive. The atmosphere was warm and inviting.

We tried several dishes, including the roast pork, roast duck, and special fried rice — and every single item was full of flavour and cooked to perfection. You can really taste the freshness of the ingredients and the care that goes into each dish.

The service was fast, friendly, and helpful, with great recommendations from the team. Even the tea they served was lovely and added to the experience.

It’s easy to see why this place comes so highly recommended. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I’ll be the one recommending it...
