Here is my experience today. 1- walked in with my kids and wife. The young Vietnamese woman come out from the front counter and shouted out 'excuse me how many people' I told her it's what you see, 5 people. There was only us and a few people already eating or seated. No hello or how are you from the waiter. I was a little bit taken back by her rudeness but I let it slide. 2- the same waiter then shouted again for us to check in. I was happy to do so. She didn't say please or thank you, which I'm not fussed about. Again I let her rudeness slide as I was with my family and determined to have a nice family lunch. 3- other customers started to come in for lunch and I watched the same waiter greeted them warmly and told them to sign in and she even thanked them. As this time we got our menus and jasmine tea. I was trying not to be affected by the lack of customer service at this stage. 4- after several minutes we were ready to order. We noticed 2 Vietnamese people came before us and sat at the next table. The same waiter was chit chatting with them in Vietnamese and proceeded to take their order. At this stage I was annoyed because I was ready to order and had waited patiently. Outcomes We decided to leave and eat at the other restaurant on may rd lalor. I spent $94 on lunch at the other restaurant. I write this review in the hope that Vinh Long improves their customer service experience. Thanks for reading and...

Last month, I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with one of their staff members, a short girl with yellow hair and let me tell you, she has no business working in customer service. Rude, dismissive, and full of attitude, she acted like she was doing me a favor just by taking my order. No greeting, no smile, just an annoyed glare and an attitude that screamed ‘I don’t care’.
When I politely asked about a menu item, she rolled her eyes and sighed loudly, like answering a simple question was the hardest thing she’s ever had to do. And when the food finally came, she practically threw it on the table without a single word. No ‘enjoy your meal,’ no ‘let me know if you need anything’ nothing. Just pure rudeness.
Honestly, I don’t know how this place is still in business with staff like this. If management cares at all, they need to either retrain their employees or fire the ones who clearly hate their job. Because this? Unacceptable.
I’ll never be back. And if you value basic human decency, you...
Read moreWe went to this restaurant for dinner with my mother, a friend, and my toddler. What should have been a pleasant evening was completely ruined by the rude, unprofessional behavior of a short-haired woman with orange hair who served us.
From the moment we arrived, her attitude was cold and dismissive. We ordered rice paper rolls, and my mother found a hair in the food. When we brought it to her attention, instead of apologizing, she had the audacity to accuse my mother of putting the hair there herself. Absolutely unacceptable.
As if that wasn’t enough, while we were still eating—with a baby at the table—she started cleaning around us and had the nerve to say our table was messy. Of course it was, there was a toddler eating! I always clean up after my baby when we finish, but her comments were completely unnecessary and insulting.
Let me be clear: the food was good, but your staff’s behavior completely destroyed our experience. We will never be returning, and I strongly urge you to train your staff properly before you lose more customers. This was by far the worst service we’ve ever experienced, and it left us angry, embarrassed, and deeply...
