Gong cha Northland — Restaurant in Melbourne

I really enjoy Gong cha and often come to the Northland store. However, on Friday 12/9 ,I was disappointed with the service. A staff member (black hair with red highlights) was very rude and even yelled at me to double-check my order. I understand she might have been having a bad day, but it felt very unprofessional.
