Worst experience ever. I walked into Gongcha tonight (30th September 2025 around 7:45 pm) wanting to order a sweet corn matcha milk tea with oat milk instead of fresh milk. It’s 2025 — people should be able to choose their milk, especially those of us who are lactose intolerant. I’ve had it before with oat milk at Gongcha, so I know it’s possible.
The server (a girl at the counter) flat out refused, repeating “I know, I know” but still wouldn’t make the change, even when I offered to pay extra by adding two toppings to cover the difference. Absolutely ridiculous. Instead of helping a paying customer with a simple request, she chose to lose a customer.

Every time. but the fact they list calories on ubereats and give you so many sweetness customisations puts the service head and shoulders above the competiton. You can order without sugar and to use sweetner instead! Yall drink too much sugar and these drinks never need it. Use sweetner or eliminate it ppl
Vs. Teaser which has more premium feeling nicer cups but gong cha is a surprisingly good option. It all just works. Might be my goto if ican figure out what to pick for $20 all up so deluvery is free.

Read moreI was double charged for my drink. What happened is I tapped to pay the first time and the employee waived me over to say there was a problem and that I needed to pay again. My app said It went through but the employee seemed adamant, I tapped the terminal again, trusting that the first payment had not gone through. Now looking at my card transactions, I see indeed I was double charged. Tried filing a complaint online through their contact forms, but it won't let you upload photos no matter how small u make the file size. I'll see what the employee says, I dont have much hope for a transaction that happened days ago. All I can do is not purchase there in future, plenty of other boba literally 30 secs walk in...
