From the moment we stepped into our room at the Ashley Hotel, we were met with warmth—both literally and figuratively. The heater had already been turned on for our arrival, which made the space feel incredibly welcoming on a chilly Melbourne day.

The room itself was nothing short of delightful. We stayed in a suite with both a queen bed and a single bed, and I can honestly say these were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. It’s clear that the hotel has recently replaced all their mattresses because the level of support and comfort was next level—like sleeping on a cloud.

The air was fresh, the space was immaculately clean, and there was a subtle fragrance in the room that made everything feel even more luxurious. Ashley hotel services is terrible especially . The tall asian girl who was i think their team leader is rude and has an attitude.(terrible mistake by management to put her in charge) I was waiting for my meal for over an hour infact closed to 1.5 hours which is ridiculous and my cold beer was getting warm and I requested it to be replaced to colder beer and the tall asian girl refused. After some arguments she decided to change the beer but only refilled the glass halfway up. I was a regular customer for over 10 years But after today experience , they lost me as Customer for good and not only they lost me as customer ill tell my friends not to come back. I will never come back the way i was treated like a thief. Some Staff is not well trained . Trust me stay away. A regular local customer for over 10 years.
