Worst customer service I have ever received in my life. Ordered 2 burger combo meals which comes with the 2 burgers 2 small chips and 2 drinks, picked up the food and brought it home to find that we had only received the burgers. We called up telling them what had happened and they told us to come in and get the chips and drinks, so my mate went down again. When my mate got there, they were closed and so he tried knocking on the door but the lady standing there just ignored him, so he left presuming she couldn't hear him. We then called back and told them we tried coming in but you's were closed and the lady on the phone tried accusing us of lying, saying that no one came down and also saying that the girl gave us the food and that we must have left it there. She continued arguing with us, telling us we were wrong and then took my number down telling us the girl who served us would call us back in a few minutes. We waited 5 minutes and received no call, so we called back as we didn't want them to close and go home without giving us our food. When we called back the girl talking to us was confused and didn't know what she was doing, so again we got transferred to somebody else. This was the lady we spoke to on the phone before and she was being very unprofessional and disrespectful towards us, telling us to stop calling them. We then finally managed to get her to cooperate and the lady said she would give us a large chips and our drinks as we asked for a little extra for the hassle and the petrol money. When we got there to finally get our chips, the lady came out and gave them to us, whilst saying to us "I know you guys actually got your chips before but don't worry" and we said to her "I promise you we did not receive our chips nor drink" and she responded "you's don't have to lie to me like I said, don't worry about it, I'm going to give them to you anyway because it is Christmas" We then came home to cold, dry chips with no salt 😡 I am so disgusted in how poor their service was and how they had the audacity to tell their own customer that they are lying. I highly recommend you do not come here, to save yourself the hassle, poor service and crappy food....

Used to get good takeaway food here but not anymore. Stopped getting the chicken because it was too dry. Chips used to be the best I'd ever had but now the standard has really dropped and the last lot we had was over the top with salt. Couldn't taste the chips - just the salt. Seafood salad - when they charge $10 for a small tub it's daylight robbery - especially when you realise there are only 2 tiny prawns in the tub and the tub isn't full - there are gaps of nothing in there. The seafood flakes are bland and the whole salad is destroyed by too much thick dressing which doesn't have the best flavour. The mark up on these is outrageous. So sad to see a place go downhill like this and not sure that I'll be returning unless they...

These low reviews are honestly exaggerating their points, I’ve been to this shop about 4 times in one month and had no issue whatsoever. The staff were very kind, I usually take my food back home with me after i’ve received my order and it’s always the right temperature when i bite into it. The chips are delicious, I don’t know what it is about them but i have no self control, after a couple bites i’m already munching down on them. The chicken is cooked perfectly and the outer layer is so tasty, I usually order 2 chicken breasts with regular chips and am always satisfied after my meal.
