Very poor customer service. I ordered an extra garlic bread but they didn’t supply it. I called them and at first they tried to tell me I only ordered 1 garlic bread not 2, it wasn’t until I read my receipt out they all of a sudden found the extra garlic bread, seeing as it was their stuff up I asked for it to be delivered and they told me I’d have to wait over an hour so I said I’d pick it up and they were going to leave it aside. I got there and they had given out the garlic bread so they had to cook another one, I asked them for a refund instead and they were very rude and told me because I ordered online they can’t give me one, she told me it was only going to take 2 minutes but they’ve wasted 15 minutes of my time having to go back there just to collect it. The way the staff member spoke to me was rude and arrogant. Made me feel like I was in the wrong and I was making a big deal over waiting 2 minutes which they don’t take into account that by the time I get home my order would be cold, taking the time and petrol to drive there and back just for a garlic bread that should’ve been given to me the first time my order was picked up. I will not be going back to this store again. I wouldn't even give 1...

Johnny Boys pizza parkhill has in terms of quality gone extremely downhill, as opposed to its prices, which have taken a hike. I’m well aware of inflation and cost of living being what it is, but to charge like $15.9 for a large pizza, for it to taste like absolute garbage is insane. Their standard pizza bases are about an inch thick, of mediocre bread, and are topped with the cheapest ingredient money can buy, and done so in a way where they’re trying to save as much money by not giving you any toppings at all. A pepperoni pizza won’t have any pieces of pepperoni overlapping, instead you’ll see gaps of sauce and bread where could be more toppings, but no, they’d rather charge the highest amount possible and deliver the worst product possible.

If you’re after a Pizza, please please go anywhere else. Across the plaza there’s a better pizza option, even a $5 dominoes pizza tops Johnny boys parkhill.

2nd week of November 2022... Ok this review is a week after my one bellow. I just want to say thank you for looking after me with my big order! Ordered 12 pizzas and everything was perfect! Pizzas were delicious and full of toppings! Staff over the phone were patient with me and even the manager. Bonus on the delivery driver being a gentleman! Service was great. Thanks guys! Ps: jumbo pizzas were a hit with everyone!!!! .......................... 1st week of novemeber 2022. Last week i ordered a jumbo half half. It was absolutely delicious. Traditional base, loads of toppings which we loved! Very tasty! Going to order again this weekend. Hopefully still just as good!...
