Edit to reply to owner. There was no lady when I first arrived. She was not sitting in the area, she was not infront of me, she was not behind me, she was no where in sight when i first approached. you serve a man who was infront of me and then asked me to wait when it was my turn to approach the counter. There was infact three ladies that came after me, not before.
They've got great bubble tea I usually go here when ever I go shopping even if I have to walk across across complex but after how I was treated yesturday I don't think I'll be returning any time soon.
Started when I kissed my husband and he took our son for a walk while I went to order. the man behind the counter said he'd be with me after he completes an order. I said sure I'll wait right here. Don't mind that, it happens everywhere as bubbletea is busy. But this time it wasn't, it was just me waiting. But I don't mind. A few minutes pass, then 5 minutes. Naturally I get bored and I pull out my phone while I wait for him to be ready. Well another 5 minutes pass and I hear "can you move, this lady is waiting for me" and I looked up and went "oh just a-" and he said "move aside your order will be done in a minute and you can pick up over there, move, this lady is waiting for me" and I said "I haven't ordered" and he said " your order can be picked up over there, next time wait over there for your drink, move she needs to order" and he physically shooed me back with his hand reaching over the counter which shocked me, and started taking this other ladies order. So not only have I waited 10 minutes to order but he gave me attitude, served another person. Well I just took a second to realise what had happened and I went "screw this" in my head, as at that time my husband was a few meters away walking back and he asked where my bubble tea was. This man has our 1 year old the pram AND A BROKEN LEG, and he managed to walk all the way to the food court, look around, choose what he wanted, window shop and make a list of items to show me and walk back, remind you on a broken leg. The altercation of the man telling me to move only took about 30 40 seconds of the 10 minutes I was there.
I thought this was a one time issue until I came home and my friend said she had had the same issue a few times and so have her work friends.

Read moreThis place really needs to work on their customer service. It’s giving I can’t be bothered. Very transactional. Purchased a bubble tea for my young daughter asked for the minimal amount of sugar when we got the drink and tasted It was probably one of the sweetest things I’ve ever tasted. When I said this to the girl working there what is it so sweet she said we put a lot of syrup in it. why wouldn’t you tell me that prior if I specifically requested least amount of sugar and you can see its for a...
Read moreI've read the other reviews but I can't fault this Northlands franchise experience I've had. There were two people who were friendly and quick to serve and make my drinks, which were tasty. The franchise Gotcha have a good variety, are Australian farmed and seem to have interesting partnerships such as sesame st and...
