From there it just went downhill. The overall quality of the food we ordered was okay but poorly thought out - stuffing raw kale in a toastie but not removing the spine? I’m not sure who the desired clientele are but it probably isn’t a pair of scissors. Not enjoyable, but flavours were there.
Music was intensely loud, which is the prerogative of a venue, vibes or something if you’re trying to look cool, I get it, it may be for the best as the volume of an Imogen Heap remix drowned out whatever the front of house staffs mouths were saying - leaving us to interpret instead her face. We’ll make no mention of the fact that she couldn’t pronounce my friends name, despite just being two syllables (indeed, just one on repeat- Pepe), even after she’d asked what it was and heard it with her own ears.
Don’t recommend. If you’re not a local, heads up - they don’t do coffee which is great because their focus is on health foods, but as a patron I’d rather not be laughed...
