Grounded House — Restaurant in Melbourne

There are a lot of cafes on Macauley road and this one should be your last choice unfortunately. Bitter coffee, average customer service (from the man who I assume owns it) and really weird atmosphere inside.

This cafe is a little slice of home away from home.l. The Chai here is hands down the best I’ve ever had, rich and warming with just the right balance of spices. Unassuming Shop, friendly owner, great local history and reflects the community of Kensington well. Yes there are other nice cafes for Brekky and instagramable meals, but here there’s one price for coffee (irrespective of milk and shots) and it is unpretentious which means you have honest, good, community-minded service.
