Seems like most people have had a similar experience but please try the banh mi in springvale to see how you can improve otherwise you will not have any repeat business. The banh mi had a minuscule amount of vegetables, coriander and chilli, no spring onion or pate all in a very sad and small roll. I dropped in yesterday in to try out this new pork roll shop. I like this style, super fresh bread crunchy on the outside with a very generous serve of crispy pork served in a box rather than a cheap paper bag. Not what I was expecting. Ordered a Barbecue pork buhn mi what I got was a roast pork roll with a couple of vegetables. I would suggest the role was from Woolworths and the whole thing would’ve been better served with gravy, the only chilli was when they pulled this from the fridge.
