Went to this restaurant last night around 2:30 am. Ordered the burger at drive through. I drove up to the window and not more then 30 seconds after, a girl of Asian Appearance maybe Indian brought me the burger. I remembered the last time I went to this restaurant and ordered cheesy chips and I was served by this same girl and when I opened the chips when I got to my place, the chips were cold and tasted really bad, so I had to throw it. And Very politely I told her the same thing. I didn't have any intentions to complain or exaggerate it. I casually told her that it was cold and I had to throw it. So I asked her I hope this time burger is warm and she said, check it, and when I checked it by touching it, it was really cold and I was like wth. So I told her it is cold too and I was not even gonna check it but luckily I checked and it is cold. I asked her to check it too and after I handed the burger to her, she said I think it is fine. At that moment I was like seriously, what sort of person are you, instead of accepting it, you are neglecting straight on someone's face even though You know you are wrong. I told her touch it again and feel its dead cold, She started getting rude. She said its 3 degrees temperature out there and thats why It has got cold, Common man, you just handed me the burger and after checking it I gave it back to u and instead of accepting it, you are trying to make me fool. I don't understand why you are doing this sort of job where your job is to treat customers good and make them happy and thats what we expect when we go to any restaurant or store. But People like you make us feel like, is that why I went and paid at this place, just to spoil our mood and day. Never going to this place again and I hope no other customer has to go through this because it actually spoils your mood and day. P.s. this is for the staff member who served me. I just want to let you know it was on the following night of 22/05/19 when you served me the cold chips. I just checked my transaction to see what date it was because You said maybe it wasn't you who served me but maybe now you can check whether you worked on that...
Read moreThe dark-skinned girl claiming to be the manager is just an idiot useless person I placed an order through the app (it was a reward) so the price was discounted Obviously they have an IT issue so after discounting the money from the bank account, an error happened and the order was not placed, I got a refund on my bank account but I couldn’t redeem the reward again because it said it has already been used (although it was unsuccessful), I showed them the bank transactions and the refund with the exact time which was one minute before and I asked them at the cashier if they can place the order and I will pay the amount stated in the reward, the young girl at the cashier was not sure what to do so she double checked with the older dark skin with black heart one who obviously couldn’t understand anything although the young girl explained it to her many times then I explained it to her and told her that this happened before with me in the same store one week before and the manager placed the order with the adjusted price when I showed him my transactions and that the reward is redeemed without being used At last she said we don’t deal with the app (the most idiot and funny reply I heard today), I asked her to speak to the manager and she claimed to be the manager although I have seen another man before who was the real manager (maybe they are relatives) Finally, I told her how come you say you don’t deal with app, why is this store listed in the app if you don’t deal with it and what will you do if my order was placed successfully from the beginning through the app and I got no reply (just stupid meaningless eye look) At last, I told her so you mean that the app is useless ? Read moreIt was approximately 12:43 PM on a sunny Tuesday afternoon. I had just finished dilly-dallying at Karingal Hub when my stomach was hit with a craving for a sweet treat, and my mouth quenched in unison. To my delight, a Hungry Jacks was situated right beside the shopping centre.
One iced coffee was my order, as the picture on the website presented itself as a rich and flavourful beverage, topped with a delightful amount of whipped cream.
I was met with three consecutive issues upon my order: I sat in the drive through for 10 minutes (for ONE drink, nothing else) My coffee was handed to me with not a glance of eye contact, yet alone a smile or a “Here you go!” “Have a good day!” I would have rathered the lass at the window to have thrown the coffee at me instead, I would at least then have something memorable about my customer service experience.
My third, and most integral critique I have to offer is this: This was the absolute most abhorrent ABOMINATION of an “iced coffee” (if you can even call it that) that has met my taste buds. My drink was laced with agony and despair. It was made solely with hatred in mind. It carried a dreadful aura and cursed those who dared to drink it. The misery and self hatred of the Hungry Jacks workers passed on to my drink which then passed on to me. A domino effect of pure anguish. Just because you suffer why must I? Are we doomed to live in this cycle of pain forever?
Upon reflection maybe I was the fool to expect a collaboration of the two most mid things in life - Karingal and Hungry Jacks - to be anything above horrible. I should have known better ….. My expectations should stop being so...
