I recently visited Hungry Jacks for the first time with my mate and was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. The food was absolutely incredible, each dish was bursting with flavour, fresh ingredients, and perfectly balanced seasoning. The fries are to die for!

The service was just as remarkable. The front end server Anastasia was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, making excellent recommendations. We never felt rushed, and every request was handled with a smile.

Overall, Hungry jacks exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience

I'm so glad you asked me how the food was at this store. Everything was bad. Leftover tomatoes, pieces that you usually throw in the trash with the black spots. That's what they gave me. The fries were hard and cold. The onions were pieces that you could chew in your mouth because they were so big. I can't believe how the owner of this place leaves children without any experience running his business. If he's not doing well financially, the owner deserves it. In any business, the owner has to be there for a few hours a day, and teach his salespeople who work there talk to each other a lot, don't look at what they're doing, laugh, what can you expect from children without experience, even for free. I will never set foot in this store again. I'm 67 years old. I came home from work. I came to eat something quick. I was very hungry and everything I got was bad. After the first bite, I complained and the manager told me very nicely that if I wanted to replace it, I said yes and asked her why I didn't have lettuce because as it shows in the picture, some second girl told you it was over and we didn't cut any more and I got a new burger. If it was good, I wouldn't write a review like this. It would be, I think, worse than the first. They poured the whole bottle of ketchup into my burger. In short, I will never step foot in this place and I wish the owner good luck. He needs it, but in my opinion, I'm sure he doesn't make any money at all. When you get bad service and bad food, it's hard to go back to the same place, even with the free food. Absolutely shocking and horrible service. We barely spoke 2 words into the speaker before the manager ushered us to the window to "Finish our order". After rushing us through to the window and pay, which they rushed us in ordering too. Once we ordered they gave us the drinks and told us to go wait in the waiting bay, no explanation that we were waiting for the tenders. Had other cars gone before us, had us waiting a long while before I had to go into the store and ask why it's taking so long. Had no reply until they were about to walk out the door. I took the bag checked I had all my foods and went home.

We've asked for 2 Tripple cheeseburger meals, and drinks with NO ice.

Got home and saw they out a line across the Tripple, we've opened it up and it's 2 double cheeseburgers.

This is terrible service. I wouldn't be writing this, but as this is the 4th time served by the same manager that we have had incorrect food or completely wrong orders because we have been ushered away faster before we even finished saying our orders.

As a previous fast food worker, I know for a fact thid manager seems to be more numbers focused than happy customer services. Else they'd allow us to finish our orders AT the SPEAKER box as that's what it's used for. And the other windows as they are used. PAY window and FOOD pick up.
