Yep, your coffee is awesome, truly good. However, I view your hostile (at worst) and very passive aggressive (at best) response from your customer who very rightly addressed your non mask compliance! You ask for your customer to have requested a medical exemption like we have to police each other within this notion of community?? We as customers have every right to expect FULL COMPLIANCE! Yeah it’s extreme but hey you’re still in business we have every right to feel safe and the last thing I’m gonna do with someone not wearing a mask is engage in a (potentially dangerous) conversation with them?! Demanding a reason for you not doing what we all have to do? My all-time favourite coffee place because of its impressive consistency and high quality of materials used. The darker roast may not be to everyone's immediate liking, but a warning - it is addictively rewarding once you give it a decent try! The staff are genuinely nice, without the automated insincere "How's your day been?" of most baristas. Even at peak times, they always strive to give each customer exactly what they want. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the place is small and very cozy cafe. I was so excited to try your coffee and if everything went well I would post and share this spot on my instagram fan page, UNFORTUNATELY the coffee tasted NOTHING, very milky, weak but burnt 😢.
