Favorite Dumpling & Noodle Restaurant — Restaurant in Melbourne

This place is an amazing Chinese food restaurant. Just as it's called, it really is my favorite restaurant! Me and my dad are both fans of their fried wontons, they are simply amazing! We ordered their fried wontons, mongolian beef and beef with cashew nuts. I didn't try the mongolian beef, but I can certainly say that the beef with cashew nuts was gone in a second.

The service was a little slow, saying we were the only customers there at the time, but there's not much you can do about that. It's certainly worth the wait!

The atmosphere could use a little bit of work, not all of the decor is cohesive. But if we're talking about general vibes rather than the design cohesion, it gives off good and comfortable vibes.

Overall, it's one, if not the best chinese restaurant I've ever been to. The food is amazing, the service is good, it's fairly cheap especially for it's quality. I'll be coming...

Good dumplings, but very slow service. Can always rely on getting a decent value feed here. We always have our handful of favorites dumplings here but some of the soup noodles are great value with generous sizes, almost enough for 2.

The service has gone down hill in the past few months, went in wanting to order take away, ended up walking out after 5 minutes with nobody even acknowledging I was even in the shop. Would have been quicker to stand there and do a phone order from inside the shop.

Came back for dinner at the start of the week, we were one of 3 tables at the time. Staff would walk past us seeing the tables had to be cleared, teapot to be refilled and ignored it. Had to walk up to the counter to order for the table and the even asked if it was for take away!

We only come here now because it is close to home.

I got vegetarian dumplings as recommended by many others and the chicken and veggie noodle soup. The noodle soup was light with little fat and suits my taste very well 🤤 lots of fresh veggies and chicken breast, I ran out of noodles before I can finish the meat 😂.
