The worst experience ever to a restaurant! Read The Full Incident! Pathetic Customer Service, low-class crowd, unhygienic atmosphere.
It was a hot day, we want to the restaurant and waited for 5 minutes on the counter for someone to attend. The girl at the counter was too busy talking to guys and dint pays any attention to us. We decided to go ahead and find a place since the restaurant was 50% empty. We decided to sit close to the Aircon.
After a few minutes, the same girl from counter came to us and said are you waiting for anyone else (without any greetings). We replied its only 2 of us, to which she said, this table is for 8 people and you will have to sit somewhere else where only 2 seats are available. We ask why do we have to do that and we prefer to sit near AC since its too hot. She replied, āif a group of 8 people comes you will have to move ā even if you are in the middle of eatingā. We felt offended by the remark but chose not to say anything to her. We asked another male waiter for the manager to report this rude behavior. When the owner called her to question the incident in the kitchen she started yelling. She was so loud that we, along with all other customers, were able to hear her clearly. So, it was further embarrassing.
Anyways, the manager came. He looked like he was the chef. When we politely explained the incident he replied āI donāt know, this is the first time I am getting a complain against this girlā So no acknowledgment of the rude behavior. He also insisted us to follow her commands i.e. to move. We decided not to eat and leave quietly. We thanked for his time and was on our way out. Right when passing the counter, my partner heard the same waitress telling the whole incident to some of the other male customers (with whom she was flirting earlier). My partner politely pointed out that there is no need to share the whole incident which involves us with another customer. To which the male customer started yelling (obviously to impress the flirting waitress). These males were of low class started yelling and abusing to me and my partner. I couldnāt take the disrespect and gave the same back. No customer deserves to be treated to poorly.
I seriously regret going to the place. It's not for respectable people. The crowd is labor class & students, who do not have manners and social skills. The attitude of the staff and owner is pathetic! Take my humble opinion and steer clear from this place if you are going with your parents, wife, and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'm a regular customer here, and I can confidently say this is one of the best spots for lunch in town. Their naan is absolutely phenomenal ā crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and full of flavor. Itās truly a chefās kiss! š«
The overall dining experience is always pleasant, thanks to the warm and welcoming staff. They genuinely care about customer satisfaction and are always open to feedback. One moment that really stood out to me was when I ordered the biriyani ā the waiter honestly informed me that their preparation was different from traditional dum biriyani. I appreciated the transparency, and I gave it a try anyway. They were receptive to my suggestions on how to enhance the taste, which shows a lot of maturity and professionalism. Itās rare to see that kind of openness, especially in the culinary industry.
A special shoutout to Prince ā one of the kindest and most attentive staff members I've come across. He has this calm, respectful demeanor and always goes out of his way to make customers feel valued. Whether itās remembering your usual order or checking in to see if everythingās alright, Prince truly elevates the dining experience.
My personal favorite is the keema naan thali set ā itās packed with flavor and never disappoints. If you haven't tried it yet, you're seriously missing out.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent over the weekend to dine in, we took our friends along with us for dinner as we loved the food long time ago, but so disappointed with the customer service from last two times, the girl at the counter desk does not know what professionalism is, no cutlery served, she gave us a copy and pen to write our order ourselves, we understand she was the only one to manage dine in, take aways and phone calls. We managed to write our order on the notebook somehow as this was our first time ever in a restaurant writing our order ourselves, then while she was entering our order in the system she mentioned they do not have few of the meals and if we can replace it with something else, while i was having a chat with her she stopped me and went on answering the phone call. That was rude. Additionally, the owner needs to put in heater in the place, its getting colder these days, every time someone opens the main door , the cold air gets in and everyone starts shivering. We had to cancel our order and leave. It was embarrassing infront of our family friends.
Worst experience, never...
