Read moreWorst service ever. Had a table booked 3 days in advance, was running late, called 45 minutes before booking to let restaurant know and was told our table would be held. On arrival we were told there was a mix up and our table was given to someone else and were taken upstairs. After 5 minutes we were told a table was ready down stairs and were told to leave the upstairs area.
The table was in the beer garden where it was that loud we couldn't hear each other talk. Ontop of that we booked to eat in the restaurant not in a beer garden. When we asked to move we were finally taken to a table outside. Within 5 minutes of sitting at our third table a group of customers who were in the beer garden came outside right next to our table and started smoking next to us and leaning beers on the restaurant fencing right next to the table we were on, almost spilling beer on us and staff did not even try to move them on, luckily they were gone before our food came out.
It got worse from there though, the food was a solid 3/10. The rice tasted like packet rice from coles and the nachos were soggy like they had come out of a microwave. The burrito was average, nothing special.
I honestly wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It frustrates me that i had to pay for this garbage service and food. I am not one to complain but i felt compelled to leave a review due to how shocking the service and food was. I wish i had more hands so i could give this place 4 thumbs down instead of 2. They have also hidden my review from their facebook page instead of contacting me or replying to it to offer an apology for the atrocious time i had there. Shows the kind of customer service...

A group of five of us sat at one of the outside tables on a Saturday night. We ordered some drinks and nachos to share, with the intention of ordering dinner a bit later. This didn't happen, because our nachos took over 40 minutes to come. When we arrived there were less than 5 customers in the restaurant, and as we waited people that arrived after had food that arrived before ours. We asked four different waiters about our nachos before they arrived. We left after waiting 30 mins for tacos that never came. The manager didn't charge us for the nachos, but did say we should have told him when they were so late coming to the table. If we had to tell four seperate wait staff, and none conveyed it to the manager than there is clearly an issue.
On top of that, the nachos weren't even good. No colour from the oven, plate hpt like it had been microwaved. Not impressed. We had much better food at a restaurant further...
