This is a really nice little cafĂ© tucked away from the busier parts of town. It’s kind of a hidden spot, which I love, because you don’t have to deal with the usual crowd and noise you’d get in the main activity centre. It’s quiet, chill, and just a great place to relax, catch up with a friend, or even get some work done. What’s even more impressive is that this cafĂ© made it through COVID, which not many places around here did. It’s still going strong, and honestly, it feels like it’s gotten even better since then. That kind of staying power usually means they’re doing something right—whether it’s the service, the food, or just the overall vibe. The food here is solid. Nothing super fancy, but everything I’ve had tastes fresh and well-prepared. It’s a nice mix of light bites and more filling options, depending on what you're in the mood for. The drinks are great too—reasonably priced and with a good variety to choose from. Whether you want a proper coffee, a tea, or something cold and refreshing, you’ll find something you like. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area and want somewhere a bit more low-key.

Drove from Werribee as we miss Jamaica Blue at the plaza 😞 and Point Cook did not disappoint at all! Friendly and welcoming customer service, gorgeous opens spaces, cleanliness was spot on! Last but not least
. the food!!! My partner and I are huge lovers of eggs bene and man that’s probably one of the best eggs Benedict’s we’ve had! Hollandaise sauce was just too good and very friendly with portion sizes. My almond chai was delicious!!😋 please bring back JB to Werribee area. 😏 Otherwise don’t really mind the drive to PC.

This cafe is located near the large carpark areas. There are seats in the middle of arcade's side of entrance. They also have medium sized dining area inside the cafe. The small play room for baby and great spot for mother's group toođŸ‘¶ I requested my friend to choose the strong coffee place to meet. And yes✌ it was my liking😋 Jamaica Blue coffee beans are medium to full body. Rich and nutty after taste. Strong coffee was best for me👌 Friendly and nice customer service staff.

Rude and abrupt staff, no greeting or friendly service.

I wish I came on here and looked at the reviews in the past couple of months before making the last minute decision to treat my family to a well deserved brunch. I ordered the chicken and mushroom crepes, the filling was inedible, hard processed chicken with soggy mushrooms could not stomach it, the actual crepe was mooshy nothing like I’ve ever had before absolutely horrendous. Thought I would have some of the side salad to some what fill up but no, wilted mixed lettuce with vinegar, so sad.

Husband had the big breaky, nothing was cooked properly below average for almost $30 Ordered my daughter the kids fish and chips, the fish stank and chips were cold I couldn’t let her eat it. Also maybe wash your table water bottles! Far out it’s really not that hard. For almost $60 this was super disappointing to say the least, we will not be returning and I really hope the owner or who ever responds to these reviews has a good hard look into their business and what they are serving to their customers, how their running their business and who is working for them. If not I can guarantee this place will close down in no time. Looking forward to your...

Poor quality over all. After several visits I’m completely fed up with the lack of attention to detail, low quality and mis advertised products.

Smashed avocado that has been mixed with onion and tomato is Guacamole, not Smashed Avocado.

Forgetting to add Halloumi to one of the only dishes that has Hallloumi is just plain lazy.

Forgetting to deliver banana loaf to the table when the customers’ coffee comes out; only for them to deliver the second part of the order and you demanding a refund is terrible service.

Watching a food runner place a meal (next) to a customer instead of in front of them; forcing them to grab the plate and put it in front of them Themselves - bad service.

In the 70-80 times that I’ve visited Jamaica Blue over the past 2 years it’s been completely hit and miss. Here are some of the experiences:

Soggy (crispy) maple bacon, several times.

Doughy pancakes that were ridiculously thick and tasteless.

Cold coffee, several times.

Nonchalant service quality from staff, several times.

I think from this culmination of experiences, it’s time for me to stop eating at Jamaica Blue; I’ve lost confidence...
