Jessie's Pizza — Restaurant in Melbourne

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! !!!! Firstly, Google please allow there to be an option to give no stars for a review. Secondly, If you are reading this and are in anyway sceptical about why I have left such a poor review, please look at any of my previous reviews on google, trip advisor, websites and social media. I never leave bad reviews, I only take the time to write a review when I feel that people need to know that a business has provided unbelievable food or service that you just need to try because it was so damn good. But after swallowing and choking on a screw that was lodged somewhere in my pizza from Jessies Hallam, and being told by the owner Morteza (who I later found out impersonated the owner of the business) that "THIS CAN HAPPEN" and not one single apology until I said I was going to the council and the health department. This guy could not even tell me who their food safety supervisor was, he showed no compassion or understanding for what happened, he didn't offer any sort of compensation other than offering to cook more food and could not tell me when the owner of the business would be available for me to contact about my safety concerns. I did leave my contact details with the boy in the shop but have not heard back from anyone. So for this reason, and for the safety of others, I will be contacting the Casey council to make a formal complaint and I will be taking further action to make sure that this business is accountable for such a serious health and safety breach, and that they have staff that are able to communicate with customers about such issues, instead of telling someone who just choked on a foreign object in the food they were provided that "THIS HAPPENS" This is not a review angling for any compensation, it is a review to warn people to be careful when ordering from here, especially if you have young children that may have not been able to dislodge a screw stuck in their throat. I will continue to post and repost this review on every platform possible until I hear back from the owner and the health and safety do a safety check on how this "HAPPENS" at Jessies...

Lady on phone real rude took order one pizza garlic bread and coke to Dandenong South 3 km she covered pH said he wants only one pizza to dandy , she said can't do ,I said website says delivery max 7 km manager got on said two he's drivers called in sick lol only get delivery if worth it for them , after seeing previous reviews did me favour , ended up spending 59,90 at pizza hut Dandy pasta and pizza divine and Italian so glad she rude being pizza hut Ev night fallen in love with pizza and wings again so thanks for turning my order down rude lady and malr manager that thought driving 5 KMs...

Been ordering the Macedonian for ages now. The last 2 times I've ordered it, it's been very average. Both times it's been lacking flavour, something about it was just different. Not enough of something or too much of something else... can't quite pick it. Hopefully third time lucky otherwise I won't be going out of my way for these pizzas anymore. Quality has definitely dropped.

just an update for this review Ordered the usual again today and the pizza was as great as it was in the past. So maybe it depends who's making the pizzas. If the quality keeps up then I'd definitely be...
