Must check out the kind old lady tayla mellons, amazing service, been going there for almost 2 years every night. I never had a grandma but going there every night made me feel like i had one, she would spoil me with cookies, and called me chicken legs me until i got in shape, sometimes beat me too. Felt like i was home with my grandmother. Not sure if it was the footlong craving or the grandmotherly love that i was receiving. If you miss your grandma, definitely must visit subway hallam and meet tayla mellons. After having a taste of her, my mouth has not shut up about it, the idea that i may have it again is stuck in my head, the prospect of it winds me like when you fall from the stairs and one of the stairs hits the middle of your back. Dont ask her for discount tho, one time i did, and she brought her old lady cane out and almost beat me to my grave :(( so just dont ask for discount, everything else is absolutely perfect. Best service, filled with love! Ps: You can also hear her say i love you to the footlong sometimes when she’s...
Read moreI recently visited a Subway restaurant, and I must say that my experience left much to be desired. Here are a couple of key points from my visit:
No Smile on the Person Serving: The most noticeable aspect of my visit was the lack of a warm welcome or even a simple smile from the person behind the counter. It's disappointing when a restaurant's staff fails to greet customers with a friendly attitude. A smile can go a long way in making customers feel valued and welcomed.
No Customer Service at All: Sadly, I found the overall customer service to be lacking. Beyond the initial lack of a greeting, there was no effort to engage with customers or provide assistance. It felt like a very transactional experience, which is far from the customer-centric approach I expect from a restaurant.
In summary, my visit to this Subway restaurant was marred by the absence of basic customer service, including a friendly greeting. Improving the staff's attitude and customer interaction could greatly enhance the overall dining experience at...
Read moreI decided to go here for lunch today, and was refused to be served by the Indian woman (cow in my opinion) who I assume was the manager, as I was not wearing a mask. She asked me why and i apologised and said I don't have one to which she then said shes not serving me until I get one. I told her I have a medical condition and she told me that I "should have said that first and that she still wont serve me until I have a mask." She then didn't even provide me with a mask to wear at least. I am 6 months pregnant and find it difficult to breathe without a face mask, let alone when I do wear a mask, which is why I am not required to wear one.
This is highly illegal to refuse service to someone for such reasons, as it is discriminatory, and I will be taking this further. The Indian woman who served me is a complete joke, and illegally refusing service. I see it's happened a few times to other people. I hope...
