Visited Kanda this afternoon with my mother, we’re both very fond of Japanese cuisine and were eager to try out a restaurant near us. We were quite immediately disappointed. The food was quick and but there was a severe lack of quality. The bento box provided us with under-cooked sweet potato (practically raw) and mysterious substances on the spring rolls. There was also a strong taste of vinegar in the dipping sauce. My sushi was perfectly okay, nothing to complain about. However, the dumplings I ordered were drenched in oil, with it saturating the plate. Even when I dried the dumplings on a napkin (I had to use two) the taste of oil was extremely prominent and inedible after one bite. We asked to the bill and after complaining to the staff they seemed to have no idea what to do despite the fact we were polite and had only taken two bites of our meals. Worst customer experience and server ever. I generally don’t give bad reviews because I always thing there is some reason a person behaved badly. But today this restaurant food was not upto the mark and the person serving me had the worst attitude ever her name is Emily. I ordered all you can eat and I couldn’t finish the last dish. When I asked for a take out box. Emily was very rude and said this is ALL YOU CAN EAT NOT ALL YOU CAN TAKE HOME CAN YOU READ?!!!
