I was so happy to find the Nam Tok noodle soup. It's not a dish you commonly find in Thai restaurants in Australia. This was so delicious I came back again bringing a group of people with me. Unfortunately the other dishes were not of the same calibre. The Tom yam soup was too sweet, so was the pad thai. (I found out later that there's 2 versions of tom yum here, the real Thai version and a not so Thai version. I tried the Thai version tom yum noodle soup and it was good!) The other dishes we ordered were ok but nothing exceptional. So I'd go back again for the Nam Tok noodle soup and the Thai style Tom Yum noodle soup.
Went back with a group of people on a Sunday night and the portions were so small! Obviously there's no consistency as the Nam Tok noodle soup I've ordered several times before was so different in size and presentation this time. Disappointing. Also we were charged $25 for plain rice, 5 serves. Seems unforgivable for an Asian restaurant that's basic in...
Read morePad Woon Sen was very fragrant and nice! Wonderful vermicelli noodles, we got it with pork mince and it was very nice and tasty. I believe we had also ordered this dish in mild spice but it wasn’t spicy at all, kind of wish it had a little bit of kick to it.
The crab fried rice was quite tasty, but not super sophisticated. I do like the partially cooked onions in it, gives it a lot of sweetness and crunch.
The calamari salad was quite spicy, we got it in mild but i think the mixture of raw onions, garlic and chilli resulted in a pretty spicy dish! I loved the vegetables but do think that the calamari was slightly over cooked and tough.
Iced red milk was nice, tasted like strawberry milk that you get from Oak, but there’s a slight difference in flavour
Prices and service was okay, very cosy and small restaurant. Service did take awhile as the restaurant was quite busy.

Read moreWe have been here many times over the past 7 years and this is the first time that we have been served by skinny older lady acting like she is the owner. We ordered Num Tok Moo but we’re pretty sure that it was beef and we called her over and straight away she said “Whats your problem” We explained that we believed that the meat was beef not pork. She got upset and raised her voice and took the plate to the kitchen where we could hear her and others saying this is pork isn’t it ?and laughing their heads off. She then brought it back to the table quoting “it is 100% pork”. My husband thinks the cow must have been dressed up as a pig! This is the last time we come to...
